With a background in both roadside and back-office systems, Scott brings deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership to every engagement. His degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of San Diego reflect his strong technical foundation. At Innovative Tolling, Scott partners with agencies to modernize infrastructure, reduce complexity, and deliver practical, future-ready solutions.
